Terms & Conditions smart888 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

Welcome to smart888. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and smart888 ("We", "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the smart888 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

To register and use the smart888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Smart888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other valid identification. Should a member fail to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe, smart888 reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at smart888. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required in the registration form.
2. Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
3. Keeping your account username and password confidential.
4. Notifying smart888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
5. Bear full responsibility for all activities that take place within your account.

Smart888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

Smart888 supports the following payment methods for deposits into your account, all in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

The minimum deposit is RM10 and the maximum daily deposit limit depends on your payment method and account tier. Deposited funds will be credited to your account immediately upon confirmation of payment from the payment service provider.

All funds deposited into your smart888 account are intended solely for entertainment and wagering within the platform. smart888 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposit transactions.

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for your deposit. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• FPX / Bank Transfer: 30 minutes – 2 hours (subject to bank processing time)

Minimum withdrawal is RM30. There is no daily withdrawal limit for accounts that have completed full identity verification. Unverified accounts are subject to a weekly withdrawal limit not exceeding RM5,000.

To protect our members from money laundering activities, smart888 may require you to complete an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for large amounts. This is a standard procedure required by law.

• Use of false information during registration.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting smart888 customer support. Before the closure is processed, any valid remaining balance (after deduction of debts or ineligible bonuses) will be returned to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, smart888 is not liable for:

• Any monetary losses or missed gains resulting from use of or inability to access the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

• Any fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider.

In circumstances where smart888's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our maximum liability to you is limited to the value of your last deposit or RM500, whichever is lower.
